Grant Providers prefer to deal with a Limited by Guarantee Incorporated body as opposed to any other legal entity. Incorporating will, of course, have the added benefit to the Trustees who can limit their personal liability and protect themselves. Age Concern Sandwich, Kent is already a Limited By Guarantee Company and is therefore ready for any future tendering processes.

We, as Company Formation Agents, dealt with the registering of the Limited Company for Sandwich Age Concern, coordinated with Age Concern England, liaised with the Charity Commission in Liverpool and lodged documentation with Companies House Cardiff, all of which has been agreed and accepted by every relevant Government Department.

Our package comprises all Companies House stamp duties, statutory forms, a superior loose-leaf register and six bound copies of the Memorandum & Articles of Association.
