Company Secretary


According to the new Companies Act 2006 which comes into force on the 6th April 2008 companies can now be formed using only one individual acting as a Director. This means that there is no need to specify a company secretary as the company does not necessarly have to have one.

By default Graeme and Co. will no longer specify a company secretary unless you require one.
